Meet the team

Paul 'Beef' Heathcote
Founder and Co Director – Paul founded Graft Events back in 2018 with a dream to have an events business that would be successful and continue for years to come. Working in the thick of the day to day goings on – including on site installations and event management.

Owen West
Co Director – Owen joined Paul in February 2020 to project this dream into reality. Paul and Owen have successfully grown the business over the past 3 years. With Owen overseeing all Project Management from design to install and also working along side the Graft team on site.

Bethany Wragg
Accounts Administration Manager/Business Development – Joined Graft in May 2022 to help over see all administration duties and accounts, to help sell and upsell welcoming many new clients within her first few months. These have grown to be great long term relationships. Most recently Beth has taken on an additional role in the business over seeing new smaller projects from start to finish.

Mohammed Usman
Activation Manager – Working both internally on all Warehouse Logistics as well as on site direction and management of team members and supplies. Mohammed started with Graft In 2020.

Greg Ingall
Workshop Manager – Greg is qualified and experienced in all aspect of joinery work with his qualifications in Site Carpentry and Joinery. Greg has recently taken on the role of Workshop Manager and will be leading our activations team in new up coming projects and builds.

Jack Hibberd
Activation Specialist – Jack joins us this year as our newest member starting in March 2024. He is from a Grounds Maintenance background who is a very hands on addition to the team, already getting stuck into his first Trade Show at The Northern Bar and Restaurant Show this year in Manchester. Welcome to the team Jack!!
