Menabrea – Big Feastival
November 2022 and Menabrea are announced as the sole lager supplier for Big Feastival 2023. Shortly afterwards we were approached and asked to tender for the opportunity to help their big vision become a reality.
We knew we had to go big, impact and high-volume service equal in importance. In February ’23, through a joint effort of the design teams in-house at both Graft and Menabrea we came up with a contract winning design inspired by the beautiful Italian town of Biella, the home of Menabrea.
Over the next six months lots of work went in to implement a smooth activation. High-volume service meant we needed practical service units, we opted for third party hire Container Bars, through Events Structure Limited, whilst our friends at Orthodox Beer took care of the draught work. Using these suppliers meant we could concentrate on creating a visually stunning two tier solution, practical, sleek and impactful created all in-house at HQ.
The top deck allowed the public greater views of main stage and also allowed us to run an exclusive VIP tasting area. Whilst downstairs the four large windows allowed twelve service points to keep the beer flowing.
The four day set up gave us enough time to get everything running smoothly. Due to the scale of the build and the multiple companies involved the event build was the first time the activation had been fully erected.
This was among our single biggest activations to date and to receive such positive feedback from both the clients and the public was very gratifying. We look forward to going even bigger and better with Menabrea next year.
